A & J’s Wedding at The Butterfly Pavilion
We had the pleasure of capturing A & J’s wedding day at the breathtaking Butterfly Pavilion, and it was an experience we’ll cherish forever. As our first time shooting at this venue, we were enchanted by its natural beauty and the thoughtful design that seamlessly blends elegance with the tranquility of the surrounding forest.
The day began with us arriving early to capture the intricate details that filled and surrounded the venue. The Butterfly Pavilion is perched on over 100 acres of untouched Georgia forest, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop that made every shot a dream. The modern, 6,500 square foot pavilion itself is a masterpiece, exuding warmth and sophistication, perfect for a wedding celebration.
A & J chose to have their ceremony outdoors under a beautifully adorned arch, with the lush trees and nature creating a stunning, natural backdrop. The setup was beautiful, with the sunlight filtering through the trees, adding a golden hue to the ceremony. We could feel the love and anticipation in the air as we captured the guests arriving and the couple’s first look.
The first look and private vows were a highlight of the day. A & J found a secluded, intimate spot away from the hustle and bustle, where they could share their heartfelt promises to each other. It was a tender, emotional moment that we were honored to document. Their genuine love and connection were shined bright, making these shots some of our favorites.
As the ceremony transitioned into the reception, we were impressed by the open floor format of the reception area. The large, airy space allowed nature’s breeze to fill the room, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The Butterfly Pavilion’s elegant decor and the twinkling lights added a magical touch to the evening, making it a perfect setting for A & J’s celebration.
Throughout the day, we felt incredibly welcomed by the staff at The Butterfly Pavilion. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring everything ran smoothly made our job easier and allowed us to focus on capturing the special moments of A & J’s day.
