Some weddings feel like stepping into a storybook—S&Z’s day at Shiloh Gardens was exactly that.
Nestled in the heart of Cumming, GA, Shiloh Gardens isn’t just a beautiful venue; it’s a place with purpose. All proceeds from events support Furkids Animal Rescue, a mission close to our hearts as fellow animal lovers.
From the moment we met S&Z, we bonded over shared nerdy interests—cozy game nights, our beloved pets, and all the little creative things that make life magical. Fun fact: Zach proposed through a Dungeons & Dragons campaign he crafted himself. (Yes, we melted too.)
Their wedding decor brought a tabletop fantasy world to life. Centerpieces featured tiny handmade cottages nestled in moss and mushrooms, giving the reception tables a whimsical, storybook feel. Board game dice and cozy woodland details appeared throughout the venue, tying everything together in a way that felt uniquely them.
The ceremony was heartfelt, and the reception was an absolute blast. Guests played interactive games, including trivia about the couple and the always-entertaining Shoe Game. There were touching speeches from family and closest friends, a few joyful tears, and so much laughter. It felt like the kind of night you want to bottle up and relive again and again.
We also had the chance to interview some of their friends and family throughout the day—something we love weaving into highlight films when we can. Those little snippets of love and memory add a deeper layer to the final video, and it’s always an honor to include them.
